Why Choose Lennax Case Management
-
Dual Management
Lennax Case Management assigns every claim to BOTH nurse case managers, As such, both Elena Watson and Leah Pajimula attend every appointment with the injured worker. Offering different perspectives and greater accessibility creates more comprehensive management so that each claimant receives the appropriate care in a timely manner.
-
Ability to speak Japanese
A growing number of injured workers speak Japanese as their primary language. Lennax eliminates the need for a Japanese interpreter. This gives our claimant’s peace of mind knowing that they can directly communicate and confide in their nurse case manager through their native language.
-
Prompt Updates
All updates are sent within 24 hours of the visit. However, Lennax strives to send updates within the same day so that the insurance company and ancillary providers are up to date with the status of the case.
If claimants are represented, their attorneys are also sent a copy of the update.
In many cases, Lennax will contact the adjuster by phone immediately after the visit with the provider so that they are briefed on the most recent status of their claimant.
-
Concentrated Specialty in Neurosurgery
Elena Watson trained in neurosurgery for 13 years. Neurosurgery includes the study of diseases/disorders of the brain, spinal cord and spinal column, and peripheral nerves. As such, she provides extensive knowledge and ensures that all claimants receive the appropriate treatment for their injury.
-
Trained in CPT codes, ICD-10 Codes, and MD Guidelines Research
Elena Watson was trained in billing and coding which includes CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and MD Guidelines. At Lennax, we realize that each case is different which is why we emphasize the importance of MD Guidelines. Additionally, we double-check the ICD-10 written by providers and research the appropriate MD Guidelines for each diagnosis. Since each case is unique, there are different factors that affect the return to work. We take all these factors into account when planning with our claimants to help them SAFELY return to work within the benchmark.
